Job Description
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Operator
**Location:** Owatonna, MN
**Pay Rate:** $19 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
+ Verify and feed raw materials into the production process to ensure quality standards.
+ Monitor machinery for malfunctions and report any unusual problems or safety issues.
+ Maintain accurate production records and check yields to investigate discrepancies.
+ Clean workstation and equipment at shift-end, following all sanitation rules and procedures.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.
+ Ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion.
+ Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
