Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a motivated and curious Robotics and AI Intern to join our Perception team. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing and testing robotic systems that integrate both hardware and AI-driven software. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to solve real-world challenges and contribute to cutting-edge innovation in robotics.
+ Assist in the design, development, and testing of robotic systems and AI models.
+ Support integration of hardware components (sensors, actuators, embedded systems) with software frameworks.
+ Contribute to simulation and real-world testing using tools such as Isaac Sim, ROS, or similar platforms.
+ Update and maintain test setups in the lab to ensure consistent and reliable experimentation.
+ Gather and curate training data for AI models, including sensor calibration and annotation tasks.
+ Contribute to the development of new software tools that enhance robotic perception and control.
+ Collaborate with engineers and researchers to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
+ Document findings, prototypes, and results for internal knowledge sharing.

+ Currently pursuing a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Some hands-on experience with both hardware (e.g., microcontrollers, sensors) and software (e.g., Python, C++, ROS).
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
+ Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Isaac Sim, Gazebo) is a plus.
