Job Description
Adecco is seeking an experienced **HR Contact Center Specialist** to support employee inquiries, payroll-related questions, and case management in a fast-paced environment. This role is more customer service-focused than a traditional HR position. **Key Responsibilities** + Handle high-volume inbound calls and create/manage cases in ServiceNow + Support payroll inquiries by explaining timekeeping and payroll processes + Document employee data changes and communications + Partner with HR and Payroll to resolve employee questions + Provide support with verifications, tuition reimbursement, and policy questions **Qualifications for the HR Contact Center Specialist:** + Bachelor's degree preferred (AA accepted) + 5+ years of call center and HR experience + Payroll experience preferred + ServiceNow experience preferred; SuccessFactors a plus + Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel Spanish language skills highly preferred **What's in this HR Contact Center Specialist position for you?   ** + Pay:   $22.90 + Shift:  Hybrid / WFH 2 days / Monday - Friday / 9:00 AM - 06:00 PM + Weekly paycheck  + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter  + Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses  **IMPORTANT:** This position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
