• $500 paid after your first 90 days of employment

• $500 paid monthly thereafter until the full $2,500 is fulfilled

Pay & Benefits:

• 28-35 Hourly plus Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Installs HVAC-related equipment; will work on furnaces, heat pumps, duct work, and more
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• EPA Universal Certified
• Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle.
• May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
• May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
• May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
