The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a heavy caseload while collaborating with the pre-litigation department when necessary. Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of personal injury litigation cases, including medical malpractice, construction disputes, and serious injury claims. - Collaborate with the pre-litigation department to ensure smooth case transitions and strategic planning. - Draft and review legal briefs and documents with precision and attention to detail. - Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings, advocating for their best interests at every stage. - Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases. - Negotiate contracts and settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. - Utilize case management software to organize and track case progress efficiently. - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency. - Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to maintain compliance and deliver quality legal services. Requirements - Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury cases. - Strong skills in drafting legal briefs and conducting detailed legal research. - Proficiency in using case management software to streamline workflows. - Expertise in contract negotiations and settlement strategies. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases with a heavy workload. - Familiarity with medical malpractice, construction disputes, and serious injury claims. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
