**Job Description Summary** The Sr. Fulfillment Leader will support the Blades Commodity Manager in executing the global strategy for the blade commodity. This role encompasses both operational and strategic responsibilities to ensure blades are delivered on time with exceptional quality. Extensive travel to supplier factories is required to act as GE Vernova's primary contact for ensuring timely delivery. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Manage the on-time delivery of blades at supplier factories. Travel to blade suppliers to overcome fulfillment barriers. + Communicate delivery status to supplier teams and leaders, as well as GE Vernova senior leaders and internal customers. Create data-driven forecasts for projected deliveries on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis. + Ensure the highest quality output by collaborating with the Quality team, auditing suppliers, and engaging in cross-functional Kaizen events to prioritize safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Drive project implementation and ensure sustainment. + Mentor supplier managers to track key performance indicators (KPIs), address issues when KPIs are missed, and maintain corrective actions. + Collaborate with the Blade COE Commodity Manager, Global Commodity Leader, and Sales and Operations Planning team to define and execute the global blade strategy. + Track necessary maintenance activities on GE Vernova and supplier assets to anticipate impacts on delivery. + Project manage programs including engineering changes, material changes, and additional sources to ensure uninterrupted production. + Partner with suppliers to drive innovation in cost reduction and enhance output and flexibility. + Collaborate with GEV internal factories to share and leverage best practices + Support all activities as required by the COE Commodity Manager, Cost Leader, sourcing quality, Engineering, and other associated functions. Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills are essential. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. + Minimum of 5 years experience in Production, Supply Chain, or leading cross functional or engineering program teams + Ability and willingness to travel greater than 50% of the time **Desired Characteristics** + Spanish language proficiency + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. + Established project management skills. + Ability to work cross functionally to drive results. + Sourcing and fulfillment experience + Experience in factory production operations FOR US ONLY: The base pay range for this position is $108,800 - $181,300.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%. *The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
