Minimum Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience required; hotel front desk experience a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish and English, is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • Knowledge of the local area is helpful.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable assisting in hotel sales and marketing efforts, contributing to enhanced brand awareness and increased sales

Responsibilities: this list is not comprehensive; other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Serve as a Hotel Brand and Culture Ambassador: Embody the hotel's values and personality in every interaction, ensuring each guest feels valued, seen, and delighted.
  • Use guest interactions and social media opportunities to promote the hotel and enhance brand awareness.
  • Warmly greet guests at check-in and check-out, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Process guest payments, reservations, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolving concerns with proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate guest registration records and room assignments.
  • Promote and upsell hotel rooms and amenities confidently.
  • Lead your peers to create, inspire, and recognize Peak Moments as intentional, memorable, and personalized experiences that take Platinum Service to the next level.
  • Encourage teammates to share and plan Peak Moments during huddles and meetings.
  • Capture and share Peak Moments on our socials and property boards in collaboration with our Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Help roll out Peak Moments tools, cheat sheets, and training at the property level.
  • Gather guest "clues" to personalize their stay and create memorable touchpoints.
  • Share successes and feedback with the Peak Moments Council..

Compensation/Pay: 16$ per hour
