What You'll Do + Fabricate and Assemble: Build custom sports gear by stretching, cutting, and assembling materials to exact specifications. + Be a Pro with Tools: Safely operate industry-standard equipment-think sewing machines, hot knives, grommet machines, and more! + Stay Organized: Pick, return, fold, tie, and prepare custom products for shipment. + Promote Safety: Keep your workspace clean, follow PPE and machine safety, and report any issues right away. + Work Together (and independently!): Collaborate with teammates or knock out tasks on your own, depending on daily needs.
