Who you are:

As a Shift Leader, you are a role model for success! Your excellence allows you to easily plan and achieve targeted goals. You're a fast learner and can manage inventory and your team efficiently. This position naturally fits into a variety of growth opportunities no matter what you choose to do!

What you'll do:

• Create a great guest experience.
• Train and retain employees on proper procedures and production.
• Manage 2-6 other employees at all times to ensure all prep & cleaning is done in a timely manner.
• Inventories, both daily and weekly. Entering and tracking inventory usage and loss.
• Truck orders.
• Cash management, including auditing & deposits.
• Payroll management on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Takes initiative & is a problem-solver.
