- Manage overall project budget and financial forecasting
- Review and negotiate GMP and early release packages
- Review and approve contractor pay applications
- Manage change order evaluation and negotiation
- Track project contingency and financial risk
- Prepare cost reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate with GC commercial teams and cost consultants
- Support financial impacts related to lease or tenant changes
- Will be working on RFIs, change orders, document control, project controls, etc.

Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years experience in construction cost management or project management
- Experience with large mission-critical or hyperscale projects preferred
- Strong GMP and commercial negotiation experience
- Advanced financial and cost tracking skills
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable operating back and forth between Austin and Fort Stockton
