Skills and Requirements - 10+ years experience in construction cost management or project management - Experience with large mission-critical or hyperscale projects preferred - Strong GMP and commercial negotiation experience - Advanced financial and cost tracking skills - Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments - Comfortable operating back and forth between Austin and Fort Stockton
