**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** This role supports both production and warehouse operations by assembling and packaging products, performing quality checks, and handling material movement using various warehouse equipment. You will work with vials and kits, complete data entry using RF scanners and tablets, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in a clean, climate-controlled facility. **Responsibilities** + Bag and assemble product kits containing vials according to work instructions. + Perform quality checks on assembled products and accurately complete work orders. + Assemble boxes and pack finished products securely for shipment. + Use RF scanners and tablets to perform data entry, scan documents, and track inventory and orders. + Sit at an individual table or bench to kit orders and complete data-related tasks as assigned. + Operate a stand-up forklift while harnessed in to move materials in and out of racking. + Work comfortably at heights while operating warehouse equipment and accessing racking. + Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment. + Lift items up to 50 pounds as part of daily production and warehouse activities. + Use packing machines, palletizers, and automated tape machines to prepare products for shipment. + Perform picking and packing duties, including operating electric pallet jacks to move pallets and materials. + Engage in physical activities such as balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. + Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. + Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production and shipping deadlines. **Essential Skills** + Previous production, assembly, or kitting experience. + Warehouse or forklift experience, including operating a stand-up forklift. + Ability to use RF scanners for inventory, picking, and data entry tasks. + Comfort working at heights while harnessed in racking areas. + Experience with picking and packing operations, including using electric pallet jacks. + Capability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. + Comfort performing repetitive physical activities such as balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling. + Basic data entry skills and ability to use tablets or similar devices. + Attention to detail to perform accurate quality checks and complete work orders correctly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with packaging processes, including use of packing machines and automated tape machines. + Familiarity with palletizers and pallet jack operations. + Experience in inventory handling, shipping, or general warehouse operations. + Ability to work independently at a designated workstation while meeting production goals. + Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Why Work Here?** You will join a smaller, close-knit team where you can make a visible impact each day. Work is performed Monday through Friday, with production shifts running either 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with the option to choose), and warehouse shifts running from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Production work typically involves sitting at your own table or bench while kitting orders and using a tablet and RF scanner for data entry. Warehouse work involves frequent movement and operation of stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, packing machines, palletizers, and automated tape machines. The role requires regular lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent physical activities such as standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pulling in a safe, well-organized facility. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockwood, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
