ADMINISTRATOR - Full Time

The Plaza at Punchbowl is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to lead our compassionate team and ensure the highest quality of care for our Residents. The Administrator role is responsible for the overall operation and management of the facility, ensuring Residents receive personalized and engaging care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing finances, leading staff, maintaining relationships with Residents and Families, managing oversight of admissions and discharges, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualification:

-High School diploma & bachelor's degree in relevant field, or operations management experience 4+ years

-Have at least two years experience, in a management capacity, in the housing or healthcare services or personal care industries, or any combination thereof.

-knowledge of regulations

-strong leadership and communication skills

-ability to manage and control finances

-Administrator License accepted in the State of Hawaii for Assisted Living (may obtain after 30 days)

About The Plaza at Punchbowl:

-This facility is licensed as an Assisted Living facility in the State of Hawaii under the Office of Healthcare Assurance.

-It was first opened in 2004 and currently finished a multi-million-dollar renovation in 2024.

-Punchbowl has 108 apartments in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

-Currently about 90 Team Members.

Starting salary:

$90,000 annually + incentive; negotiable with prior relevant experiences.

This position is on-call 24/7 for emergencies, etc.
