Overview:

BIE DSFM Construction is hiring a Subject Matter Expert II to support construction program management across multiple projects. This role involves providing expert guidance on project planning, execution, and compliance, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to federal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on construction project execution and compliance.
• Resolve issues to minimize delays and claims.
• Monitor project progress and report accomplishments.
• Support project initiation, site assessments, and cost estimates.
• Review designs and construction documents.
• Conduct facility inspections and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Maximo, RS Means, and Adobe.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training (within 2 years).
• Valid driver's license.
