Most of our work is in Claremore with the occasional project in a neighboring town. The typical schedule is 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. DIVE DEEPER INTO THE ROLE

You go on residential service calls, showing up to our clients' homes on time and armed with all the necessary tools. You're a representative of our company, and you make sure to always look presentable, maintain an organized work vehicle, and treat customers professionally. As you go on service calls, you inspect systems and equipment, troubleshoot problems, and present service options to clients. You create estimates using ServiceTitan and gain approval from the client before getting to work.

Your responsibilities include repairing fixtures, cleaning drains, replacing parts, and installing new equipment. Working on water heaters, gas lines, and more, you complete quality work that meets all codes and regulations. You process payments, send invoices, and leave a positive impression on clients, encouraging them to choose us again for their future needs!

JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER REQUIREMENTS

• Current Oklahoma journeyman license
• Experience installing fixtures like toilets, water heaters, sinks, faucets, etc.
• Ability to use or learn our field management system
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and service systems without supervision
• Ability to work independently, take accountability, and complete high-quality work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Desire to learn more and build on existing skills
• Self-starter attitude with a motivation to meet goals
• Valid driver's license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Plumbing service experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Estimate building experience
