**Administrative Associate**
**Job Summary**
The Administrative Associate provides high-level administrative support to leaders and teams by managing information, handling requests, and performing a wide range of clerical and organizational functions. This role serves as a key point of communication for the office and ensures daily operations run efficiently, professionally, and confidentially.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining record management systems, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
+ Prepare and format invoices, reports, memos, correspondence, financial statements, and other business documents
+ File, retrieve, and maintain corporate documents, records, and reports
+ Review and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine priority and distribution
+ Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for committee, board, and other internal or external meetings
+ Support executives and leadership with administrative and organizational needs
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
+ Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
+ Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including **Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**
**Education and Experience**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ **5-7 years of administrative experience** required
+ Previous experience supporting executives or senior leadership **strongly preferred**
