Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Representative to join our Austin Team. This position will work at our customer site in Austin, TX. Skills and Requirements Associate of Science (or equivalent) in Electronics, mechatronics, robotics, optics, or other complimentary technical fields. - 5+ Years of service/maintenance at semiconductor (or similar industry) company - Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical subsystems - Basic experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings - Basic network diagnostic capability (Windows based LAN) - Experience working in cleanroom environment is required. - Previous Field Service experience or experience interfacing with external customers is required. - Ability to work night and weekends. - Background in chemistry - Background in semiconductor wet process equipment
