Job Description

At Service Business Evolution, we are currently looking for a remote Business Coach - Trainer to join our sales and business team and deliver coaching that truly makes an impact. This full-time role is based remotely, with some travel, and offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Along with exceptional benefits, including:

ABOUT THIS BUSINESS COACH - TRAINER ROLE

This remote sales and consulting position follows a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Arizona time) with some flexibility. As a remote team member, you will work primarily from your home office, taking four client calls per day, and occasionally travel to client sites or events. Employees must reside in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, South Carolina, or Texas.

As a remote Business Coach - Trainer, you will spend your days guiding business owners and their teams to improve leadership, strengthen operations, and increase profitability. You will provide both one-on-one coaching and group training, virtually and in person, depending on the client's needs. Each day, you will assess client goals, design coaching plans, and deliver engaging training sessions on topics like financial proficiency, customer service, and sales. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and implement solutions that drive results. You will track progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure that the coaching you provide has a lasting impact. You will also facilitate group discussions and simulations that encourage collaborative learning and real-world application.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN BUSINESS COACH - TRAINER

  • 3+ years of experience in coaching, training, or consulting in a professional setting
  • Experience in the in-home service industry - 5 years.
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ year(s) of leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Critical thinking and the ability to evaluate information objectively and make sound judgments
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and apply feedback effectively
  • Potential to design and deliver training sessions that leave a lasting impact
  • Up to 25% travel requirement even though it is mostly remote.
