**Customer Service Representative | HOUSTON TX 77023** **Pay:** $ 18.00/hr. **Schedule:** **Monday - Saturday/ 1:00pm - 7:00pm** **Top Benefits:** · Immediate start · Competitive pay **What You'll Do:** - Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email - Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner - Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues - Monitor progress of delivery routes - Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps - Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders **Requirements:** - Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment - Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues - Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills - Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations **Apply now - we can't wait to meet you!** **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
