The **Sr. Maintenance Technician** supports site shop floor- wide equipment and utilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and leadership in training manufacturing operators on routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities** + **Support Operations:** Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, maintenance teams, and site projects. + **Work Order Management:** Complete all work orders and time entries accurately in the CMMS system. + **Training & Development:** Work with the Asset Care Manager to train and mentor maintenance technicians and manufacturing operators in maintenance tasks and troubleshooting. + **Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:** Perform daily checks and scheduled PM activities on site-wide equipment. + **Troubleshooting:** Identify root causes of system failures and perform necessary repairs. + **Coordination & Scheduling:** Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities. + **Compliance & Safety:** Complete all assigned training (SOPs, SWIs) and follow site safety and compliance requirements. + **Collaboration:** Assist other technicians and teams to support site-wide maintenance and projects. + **Continuous Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements to maintenance practices and equipment reliability. + **Other Duties** :Execute additional tasks as assigned to support operations. **Technical Scope** + Preventive maintenance and repair of industrial/process equipment. + Instrumentation and electronics, including PLCs. + Electrical systems (single-phase and three-phase 480V). + Manufacturing equipment: Bioreactors, Centrifuges, Autoclaves. + Critical Utilities: WFI Systems, Clean Steam Generators, CIP Systems, Air Handlers, Chillers. + Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical documentation. + Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). **Work Expectations** + Overtime as required. + Availability to work weekends and holidays. + Always promote and uphold safety culture and compliance. + On-Call rotation **About You** **Requirements** + High School diploma or equivalent required.
