**Medical Device Production Associates - Multiple Shifts Available**

We're seeking **detail‑oriented, dependable Production Associates** who take pride in quality and teamwork and want to grow their manufacturing experience in a safety‑first workplace.
**What You'll Be Doing**
As a **Cleanroom Production Associate** , you'll help manufacture precision medical nails and screws in an ISO 8/9 cleanroom. Your work will be essential to maintaining the quality and consistency required in medical device production.
Your responsibilities include:
+ Operating manufacturing equipment used to produce medical implants
+ Loading metal rods into machines and performing bending, lifting, and standing tasks
+ Packaging medical devices in a cleanroom environment
+ Running packaging and labeling equipment
+ Inspecting products to ensure they meet strict medical quality standards
+ Following all cleanroom, safety, and quality procedures
**Shifts & Pay**
+ **2nd Shift:** 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM | **$18.70/hr**
+ **3rd Shift:** 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM | **$19.55/hr**
**What We're Looking For**
+ Experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging
+ Comfort working in a cleanroom or highly regulated environment
+ Experience operating machinery or assembly/packaging equipment
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Reliability and ability to follow safety procedures

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Monument, CO.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
