Behavior Therapist (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Pay:

• $19.00 per hour for client sessions and office work once RBT certified.
• $17.00 per hour for client sessions and office work beginning with in-person shadow sessions, pre-certification.
• $15.00 per hour for RBT module training & virtual onboarding training.

$150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months of employment

Join Instructional ABA Consultants and make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism. We're hiring Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinical settings.

What You'll Do

• Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA

• Track and submit session data electronically

• Receive paid training and support toward RBT certification

• Work evenings (3-8pm) + one weekend day (part-time flexibility available)

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working or volunteering with children

• Experience or coursework in psychology, behavior analysis, or human development is a plus

• Strong communication & reliability

• Reliable transportation (travel within 40 mins of Naperville)

• Must pass a background check

• CPR/First Aid preferred
