Magnolia Marine Transport is seeking a Full-Time Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager at our Vicksburg office to lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing cost-effective solutions, and enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability throughout our marine operations.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the CI Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 5 years in process improvement, operational excellence, or similar roles; maritime, manufacturing, or supply chain experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Proficiency with process mapping tools and data analysis.
Experience in change management and implementation of operational improvements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
Valid driver's license and TWIC (or ability to obtain).
Physically able to walk, climb, and maneuver in shipyards, on barges, and aboard vessels as needed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading the planning, development, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across all operational departments.
Analyzing processes and performance data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Collaborating with leadership and frontline staff to implement, monitor, and sustain changes.
Developing and tracking performance metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Ensuring all process changes meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Providing coaching and support for problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Overseeing documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support process changes.
