What You'll Do:
As our Assistant General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily clinic success by:
Leading the team: Supervise, train, and inspire a high-performing group of sales associates and licensed therapists.
Owning sales performance: Achieve and exceed membership and retail sales goals through strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Optimizing operations: Manage schedules, maintain an immaculate clinic environment, and ensure seamless front desk operations.
Delivering top-tier service: Be the face of the clinic-greet guests, handle calls, book appointments, and confidently sell memberships.
Driving accountability: Monitor KPIs, manage inventory, run sales reports, handle payroll and banking, and communicate effectively with upper management.
Requirements:
Experience in retail sales, team management, or a fast-paced retail/service environment.
A natural coach and motivator, skilled at developing high-performing teams.
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Confidence using systems and reporting tools to manage results.
