Holcim Building Envelope is a global leader in innovative building solution and Elevate is our flagship commercial roofing brand. As we prepare to launch our new corporate identity as Amrize, we're seeking a results-driven and strategic Director of Marketing to lead marketing efforts across the Elevate, GenFlex, and GenTite brands. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for defining and executing marketing strategy across brand, content, product commercialization, customer engagement, and integrated campaigns. You will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate across sales, product management, and corporate functions to drive growth and brand leadership in the commercial roofing and building materials industry. \#HBEIND WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Marketing Strategy and Planning  Develop and execute both short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.  Lead annual marketing planning, including focus areas, KPIs, budget development, and integrated campaign roadmaps.  Partner with Sales, Product, and Commercial leadership to align on growth priorities and demand generation strategies.  Champion segmentation-based approaches to drive profitable market expansion and deliver ROI on marketing investments. Brand, Content & Product Marketing  Oversee brand management and evolution for Elevate, GenFlex, and GenTite to grow unaided awareness and brand preference over time.  Guide content planning, sales enablement, and thought leadership initiatives that support the customer journey and sales process.  Partner with Product Management on commercialization planning, product messaging, and launch strategy.  Ensure a consistent, compelling value proposition and messaging framework across all customer-facing assets. Activation and Engagement  Lead execution across the full marketing mix-earned, owned, and paid-including campaigns, media, customer promotions, customer communications, and events/trade shows.  Develop and oversee programs for contractors, distributors, and key influencers in collaboration with other key internal stakeholders.  Build scalable programs in collaboration with the Director of Sales Enablement, Communications, Digital, and Events teams.  Maintain tight alignment with public relations, digital marketing, and agency partners to drive cohesive go-to-market execution. Analytics, Budget & Performance  Track marketing impact, provide executive reporting, and apply insights to optimize programs and investment decisions.  Manage to a budget and ensure effective allocation across tactics, campaigns, and resources.  Bring voice of customer into strategy through insights, VOC feedback, and partnership with sales and industry stakeholders. Leadership and Collaboration  Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of marketers and agency partners.  Play a key role in contributing to business strategy, culture, and cross-functional initiatives.  Champion industry engagement and trade show strategy to support thought leadership and visibility. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.  10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership and budget ownership.  Proven success in B2B marketing within the building materials or commercial construction industries is strongly preferred.  Experience launching new products and brands with measurable business results.  Deep understanding of brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and customer segmentation.  Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.  Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.  Financial and analytical acumen to assess performance and drive marketing ROI.  Marketing technology experience (CRM, campaign automation, performance dashboards).
