A jobsite facilitator will travel to various job sites and support our Production team as needed. If you love construction, work well on a team, and have a can-do attitude, we're looking for you!

Position Summary

We're hiring a Jobsite Facilitator to be the logistical backbone of our production team. This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires someone who's dependable, organized, and solution-oriented. You'll be the go-to person for material runs, equipment transport, jobsite cleanup, and general logistics support across multiple projects.

  • Perform regular material runs to supply houses, vendors, or job sites as requested
  • Maintain and organize company trucks and job sites with proper tools and supplies
  • Keep the NMDB shop clean, organized, and stocked with essential inventory
  • Support the field team by assisting with jobsite cleanup and trash/debris removal
  • Ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Assist with transporting ladders, scaffolding, temporary barriers, or jobsite signage
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and Superintendents to anticipate jobsite needs

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of residential construction tools, materials, and terminology
  • Familiarity with jobsite safety standards and procedures
  • Knowledge of local supply vendors and routes is a plus
  • Previous experience in safe driving and operation of large vehicles and trailers
  • Effective time management and prioritization of multiple delivery requests
  • Strong organization and systems-oriented mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both field and office staff
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 80 lbs
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify what's needed
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing site or project priorities
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in fast-paced environments

Other Characteristics

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • A team player who takes pride in supporting others and keeping things running smoothly

Why Join NMDB?

  • Be part of a growing, mission-driven company with strong values
  • Support an award-winning team that values craftsmanship and collaboration
  • Enjoy competitive compensation, PTO, and the opportunity to grow with us
  • Make a direct impact on the success of our projects and team culture
