As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will be responsible forthe overall operation, maintenance, and performance of a 1.2 million squarefoot hospital, along with additional nearby support sites. You'll lead anddevelop a dedicated facilities team, ensuring all buildings operate safely,efficiently, and in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards. This role is part of CBRE's Facilities Management function,where service excellence goes beyond day‑to‑day operations. You'll serve as akey partner to hospital leadership and vendors overseeing complex buildingsystems, optimizing asset performance, and delivering a seamless experienceacross a multi‑site portfolio. **What You'll Do:** + Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance performed by vendors, and contractors. + Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues. + Prepare and manage capital and operating projects. + Oversee, support, and partner on construction and renovation projects including capital improvements. + Manage all aspects of budget development, implementation and monitoring. + Perform facility inspections, following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities. + Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities. + Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. + Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices. + Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence stakeholders to achieve consensus. + Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be apparent in existing systems and processes. **What You'll Need:** + Proven experience managing commercial facilities, including daily operations, maintenance activities, regulatory compliance, and vendor oversight + Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including supervising onsite teams, setting performance expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and driving accountability + Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience will be considered. Valid driver's license required.
