HVAC Sales Manager | $100,000 - $120,000 salary + commission + bonus

Deljo Heating and Cooling, Chicago IL.

Currently, we have an immediate need for a HVAC Sales Manager who is responsible for overseeing all sales activities and driving sales goals for our home service and replacement business. You will supervise Sales Consultants and other sales personnel, ensuring that our value proposition is effectively communicated. By managing incoming sales leads and referral sources, you will work to achieve the company's monthly sales budget.

Job Title: HVAC Sales Manager

Pay Scale: $100,000 - $120,000 salary + commission + bonus

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with General Manager to achieve sales goals.
  • Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals.
  • Debrief sales appointments
  • Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
  • Weekly coaching based on sales reports.
  • Excellent follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
  • Recruiting and development of new sales staff is required
  • Mentor and develop the inside sales team and sales coordinator to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics. Develop new and/or revised sales process according to these measurements.
  • Analyze sales incentive programs.
  • Create sales and marketing strategies and objectives through analyzing profit and loss projections.
  • Evaluate competitors for offerings, analyze market share and trends, which is shared for leadership evaluation.
  • Training sales and technicians, as necessary.
  • Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 3 + years related experience in management in a service industry
  • Must have strong selling skills.
  • Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
  • Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
  • Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
  • Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Service Titan preferred
  • HVAC or similar industry experience desired but not required
