Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will: + Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Extend applications and enhancements that run natively on the Workday platform. + Collaborate with functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday Extend solutions. + Build and support Extend-based solutions that enhance Workday Financials capabilities and automate manual, offline, or third-party processes within Workday. + Participate in requirements analysis, solution design sessions, prototyping, configuration, testing, and release activities. + Troubleshoot application, configuration, and data issues; identify root causes and implement fixes to improve usability, performance, and quality. + Support unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment validation activities. + Document business requirements, solution design decisions, test scenarios, defects, and resolutions to support repeatable delivery and knowledge sharing.
