**Job Description** **Position Title:** Production Associate - Full-Time **Pay Rate** : Starting at $22.85 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform. **Sign on Bonus** : $500 after 30 days $500 after 6 months **Category/Shift** : Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday) **Hiring for 2** **nd** **or 3** **rd** **Shift. Exact shift placement will depend on the plants current need once you officially start.** **You will begin on 1** **st** **shift for training.
