Transteck is seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Part Time A/P Specialist for our Easton Truck Center. This position will be approximately 24 hours per week. If you possess the skills and experience we are looking for please apply below and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.

Job Description:

• Administration of a high-volume switchboard and routing calls to correct departments
• Daily reconciliation of cash and credit cards and preparation of bank deposit
• Reconciling cashier drawers for service and parts department
• Scanning documents into CDK software
• Filing vendor invoices
• Posting high volume A/P invoices daily
• Reconcile major vendor statements
• Check credit reference for credit applications
• Track W-9, Certificates of Insurance, and tax exempt forms

Requirements for position:

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong work ethic and reliable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computers
• Previous automotive or truck dealership accounting is helpful
• CDK software experience is helpful
