Responsibilities:

Under the direction of School Administration and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Clinical Classroom Support Associate (CCSA) is responsible for assisting in the assessment of student behavior using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as supporting the design and implementation of student Behavior Intervention Plans. The Clinical Classroom Support Associate will evaluate data to assess progress, prepare documentation and reports, and participate in collaborative meetings as needed. The Clinical Classroom Support Associate is also responsible for training employees (Classroom Support Providers) in accordance with the CSP job description.

Qualifications:

  • Coursework in Child Development, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, and/or related courses.
  • Active enrollment and participation in coursework that meets the BACB requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • Active accrual or completion of Supervised Experience hours to become a BCBA or BCaBA, in accordance with BACB requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, clinical supervision, and experience with individuals with autism and related developmental disorders required.
