As a Customer Experience Representative, you will: Maintain top-notch customer support while assisting sales with opportunity management as they progress through their pipeline, also acting as the primary point of contact throughout the order process.
Responsibilities:
- Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
- Maintaining and answering multiple phone queues
- Keeping our ticketing service current and up to date daily
- Creating and managing quotes and orders
- Working closely with our manufacturing plants to handle order changes and updates
- Working with freight vendors and filing claims
- Managing internal requests from the sales team
- Assisting sales team with pipeline updates
- Gathering details and ensuring sales/shipment process is moving efficiently
- Creating and managing tasks and running reports in Salesforce
- Providing additional support to sales team as requested

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role
- Highly organized with great time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - listening, questioning, speaking and writing
- Goal oriented with strong decision-making skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and orders from start to finish
- High energy level paired with curiosity and a desire to learn
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently but also thrive in a team environment
- Persistent in following up detailed issues to conclusion
- Ability to recognize and prioritize critical tasks
- CRM experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
