If you are a skilled and motivated individual looking to contribute to this growing team, APPLY today! **Shifts Available** 1st: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday) 2nd: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am (Monday to Thursday) - Training takes place on 1st Shift **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate molding machines using hand-loaded components or inserts in a safe and efficient manner + Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet quality specifications + Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, deburring, or minor assembly as required + Accurately complete production and quality documentation + Package finished products according to company guidelines + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors promptly **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required + Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and use basic measuring tools + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks + Good communication and teamwork skills **Perks:** + Weekly pay check + Competitive benefit options, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses For instant consideration, click **APPLY** ! **Pay Details:** $18.33 to $20.83 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
