**Job Description** FCCS Product Development is responsible for building and delivering our enterprise level, market leading Financial Consolidation and Close solution. This is a development management position with a primary responsibility to ensure successful enterprise level customer implementations of the Financial Consolidation and Close cloud product. Ideally, this is best accomplished by engaging with the implementing partner and strategic customer early in the project implementation cycle to provide advice and guidance based on established best practices. Any project, however, may encounter blocking issue as it progresses. This is managed through regular cadence calls, setting priorities, and engaging Oracle resources to provide support and timely solutions. **Responsibilities** As a Director in the product development division, you will focus on the Financial Consolidation and Close domain and be responsible for helping our new cloud customers implementing FCCS, as well as existing customers migrating from our legacy Hyperion Financial Management on-premise solution. This will require interfacing with a wide range of key stakeholders including sales, product development, product management, quality assurance, performance engineering, partners and customers. You will provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. You will specify and define major changes to existing software. You will lead a team as the central resource and driving force for the design and quality of the product features as they move from conception to distribution. It will be required to envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. You will have to initiate and foster relationships with other groups, organize inter-departmental activities ensuring completion of the project/features on schedule and within budget. You will also be required to review integration and regression plans created by QA, as well as review product documentation and collateral. Finally you will ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. Effectively and appropriately communicating with all levels of management, executive sponsors and individual contributors will be essential. Setting reasonable customer expectations, establishing key project priorities, and providing solutions in a timely manner are a given. BS or MS degree relevant to functional area. Accounting degree or similar with both industry and vendor/partner experience is strongly preferred. 15 or more years of software engineering or related experience is mandatory. Previous product management experience is desired. Strong communication skills, written and oral, with a customer first attitude is mandatory. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
