Key Responsibilities: Front of House (Customer Service) Greet and welcome customers warmly. Take orders efficiently and provide menu recommendations, including parathas, kebabs, and chai pairings. Ensure accurate processing of orders and payments. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are ready for the next guests. Keep Bathrooms clean Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and professional manner. General Responsibilities Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Restock supplies and maintain inventory. Uphold the restaurant’s brand values by providing a consistent and enjoyable dining experience. Requirements: Passion for food, especially Pakistani cuisine, and customer service.
