As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work on a variety of remodeling projects-from stunning kitchens and spa-like baths to whole-home renovations. You'll be trusted to:
Execute framing, demolition, installation, and finish carpentry to precise project specifications
Install windows, doors, trim, cabinetry, and flooring with skill and care
Read and interpret construction drawings and scopes of work
Maintain clean, safe, and respectful job sites within occupied homes
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fellow carpenters to deliver on time and exceed expectations
2+ years of residential carpentry experience (remodeling/renovation preferred) and the drive and willingness to learn
Strong working knowledge of tools, materials, and residential construction techniques
Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A professional, approachable demeanor that puts clients at ease and reflects Paragon's values
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
