**A Snapshot of your Day** We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive **ProcurementAnalyst** to play a key role in our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will take ownership of vendor onboarding, maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, and drive efficiency in RFQ and TSOR processes. You will manage purchase requisitions with precision, support special procurement initiatives, and serve as a vital communication link between our company and its vendors-ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective procurement operations. **How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities ofrole)** + **VendorManagement & Onboarding:** Ensure all requiredvendor documentation is submitted in compliance with Siemens Energyrequirements; maintain effective communication with vendors and internalteams to support smooth procurement processes. + **Sourcing& Negotiations:** Identify and evaluate potentialvendors, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships to secureoptimal terms and conditions. + **Data& System Accuracy:** Maintain accuracy and integrity ofvendor master data across ASD, QT9, and SAP systems; manage and trackAmazon orders, resolving any delivery or order issues promptly. + **ProcurementProcess Support:** Prepare and manage RFQs and TechnicalSpecifications of Requirements (TSOR); accurately enter and processpurchase requisitions for timely approval. + **ProcessImprovement & Problem Solving:** Proactively identify andresolve issues in vendor management and procurement processes; staycurrent on industry trends and best practices. + **Collaboration& Flexibility:** Team-oriented and customer-focusedwith strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills;willing to cross-train and perform other duties as needed to meet businessobjectives. **What You Bring** **(CandidateRequirements)** + Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Supply ChainManagement, or a related field. + Provenexperience in procurement, vendor management, or a similar role. + **TechnicalProficiency:** Skilled in procurement and datamanagement systems (ASD, QT9, SAP, ARIBA) and Microsoft tools, includingExcel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI. + **Analytical& Problem-Solving:** Strong ability to analyze data,identify issues, and develop effective solutions. + **Collaboration& Communication:** Excellent communication andnegotiation skills, with the ability to work independently andcollaboratively in team environments. + Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. **About the Team** **Gas Services** Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
