Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, clinker, and cement to ensure quality standards. + Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment. + Collaborate with production teams to optimize process efficiency and product consistency. + Monitor and adjust raw mix chemistry to meet product specifications. + Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for internal and regulatory use. **What Are We Looking For** + Strong understanding of analytical chemistry and laboratory procedures. + Proficiency in using lab equipment and software for data analysis. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. + Effective communication and problem-solving skills. **Work Environment** This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both laboratory and plant settings.
