Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Adobe Illustrator Proficient)
Location: Vineyard, Utah (1600 North area, near Harley-Davidson)
Compensation: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, DOE

Screenplay is the Midwest's largest contract-only screen printer and apparel decorator, based in Vineyard, Utah. We serve premier promotional companies across the country and are experiencing significant growth. As our operation expands, we are looking to add a sharp, reliable Executive Assistant who brings both administrative strength and creative skill-specifically in Adobe Illustrator-to support our Senior Account Manager and enhance our client experience.
This unique role combines high-level administrative support with creative production responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations for the office while also producing visual proofs for custom apparel orders. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, professional communication, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Manage phone calls and client communications with professionalism and discretion
Create apparel mockups and visual proofs using Adobe Illustrator
Assist in managing high-value client accounts and supporting customer experience
Draft and send clear, professional emails on behalf of the executive
Organize, prioritize, and respond to customer inquiries
Perform quality checks on printed apparel before shipment
Track and manage artwork approvals and follow-up tasks
Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with internal teams
Monitor inbound shipments and proactively communicate any delays to customers
Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and files
Use Microsoft Office to prepare reports, summaries, and project updates
2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Friendly, dependable, and solutions-focused attitude
