Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. **Summary:** The Manager of Analytics for Revenue Cycle is responsible for overseeing the analytics and reporting functions related to the revenue cycle operations. This role will require the manager to work closely with revenue cycle leadership, finance, and clinical teams to ensure that data is accurate, timely, and actionable. The Manager of Analytics will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, ensuring that they have the tools and resources necessary to perform their jobs effectively. **Other information:** **Required Job Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, analytics, IT or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing analytics teams. - Strong Epic Revenue Cycle reporting experience; Epic certifications preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data analysis methodologies and tools. - Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes, including understanding of coding and billing regulations. - Experience with SQL, Tableau, Maestro, Power BI, and/or other data analysis and reporting tools. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables. - Management and coaching experience needed to advance team - Growth mindset **Preferred Job Qualifications:** **Physical Demands:** **Competencies:** This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the Manager of Analytics for Healthcare Revenue Cycle position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with it. **Responsibilities:** 1.
