Argus Medical Management, LLC is a physician practice management company that has served physician communities in the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas for 30+ years. Argus Medical provides comprehensive billing and managements services which include contracting, credentialing, HR services, accounting, etc. to support Physicians in private practice. We currently have an opening for a Part-Time Medical Assistant Combo. Experience in Wound Care preferred.

Job Type: Part-Time, direct hire

Pay: $21-23 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, shift times may vary

Responsibilities:

FRONT OFFICE:

• Welcome patients, process patient intake forms and schedule appointments
• Complete full cycle patient registration which include: collecting insurance and identification documents, verifying patient eligibility, communicating fees, and collecting payments
• Perform any other duties assigned

BACK OFFICE:

• Room and take patient vitals
• Review medical history
• Assist the provider with patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant certificate
• Bilingual in Vietnamese required
