experiences. Delta Vacations, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, is seeking full-time Elite Service
Associates to work onsite at the Customer Engagement Center in Minot, ND. As an
Elite Service Associate, you will join a service focused team, dedicated to
listening, caring for and connecting with customers with a specific focus on
our Diamond Elite agencies.
In this role you will answer calls in an efficient,
courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering
solutions and additional products. Ideal candidates should demonstrate the
desire to make our customer's travel not only outstanding but memorable.

Elite Service Associates demonstrate strong verbal and
written communication skills, a professional demeanor, excellent dependability,
the ability to handle stressful situations, possess strong digital literacy,
flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to learn and react
quickly. Associates must understand and adhere to all Delta Vacations Inc.
policies and procedures.

**Summaryof responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):**
Elite Service Associates connect with customers via phone
and build an experience where customers know they have been heard, understood,
feel valued and important. This is accomplished by:
+ Effective listening
+ Quickly identifying and owning customerissues
+ Actively searching for solutions toproblems
+ Making quality decisions
+ Interacting with a globally diverse groupof customers and colleagues
+ Commendable and priority handling ofinbound service calls.
+ Communicating applicable information tocustomers regarding Delta Vacations products, services, policies, and procedures.
+ At Delta Vacations, we strive toprovide you with the tools and resources necessary to be successful in yourjob, and with the support and work environment that leads to a positive andenjoyable work life. Successful candidates will participate in a 12-week paid,training, which includes instructions, observations, exams, and performancemeasures.
+ The new hire training will beMonday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. After training you will work in yourpermanent shift which may include evenings and weekends.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Be willing to work a full-time day or evening shift; DeltaVacations does not offer part-time schedules. Schedules can include weekendsand holidays.
+ Ability to multi-task and understand multiple products.
+ Digital literacy and comfort with navigating web-based,email, and internet searches.
+ Demonstrate clear cheerful, and courteous verbal and writtencommunication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
+ Proven reliable and committed by maintaining excellentattendance, performance, self-motivation and goal attainment
+ Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others,the priority.
This role is working in
the office at the Customer Engagement Center in Minot, North Dakota

+ One year of experience working in customer service, call engagement center setting, and/or travel industry preferred.
