Buffalo Wild Wings GO – Team Member

Position Summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO Team Members are responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service while supporting all areas of restaurant operations. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong sense of urgency to ensure guests receive high-quality food and an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and fill all guest orders in a timely manner
• Serve guests efficiently and professionally, ensuring speed and accuracy
• Cook menu items following Buffalo Wild Wings standards and recipes
• Prepare food and complete prep tasks as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen, equipment, and dining areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support inventory handling, stocking, and organization as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and performance goals
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by upper management

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow brand standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning
• Prior restaurant or quick-service experience preferred, but not required

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred

• Meet safety and sanitation standards
