IT Plant Support Analyst - Part-Time Opportunity Are you ready to bring your technical skills to life in a dynamic, hands-on environment? Key Responsibilities: + Provide responsive support for hardware, phones, and IT-related issues. + Diagnose, repair, and upgrade IT-supported software and hardware. + Communicate system outages and updates clearly to plant teams. + Roll out new hardware, software, and processes. + Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure IT policies are followed. + Participate in or lead small to medium IT projects. + Document support processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
