**Job Title:** **Machine Builder/Assembler** **Job Description** As a Machine Builder, you will utilize your expertise to construct vacuum grippers, gantry robots, and other mechanical components. You will be responsible for mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, ensuring parts are aligned and secured properly. You will mount and configure components onto larger, customer-specific equipment, conduct quality control checks, and resolve any assembly issues. **Responsibilities** + Build vacuum grippers, gantry robots, and other components using provided schematics and drawings. + Conduct mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. + Align and secure parts and subassemblies to ensure proper fit and functionality. + Mount and configure parts onto larger equipment tailored to customer specifications. + Perform quality control checks to ensure all components operate according to specifications. + Troubleshoot and report any issues or malfunctions. + Make adjustments to resolve assembly problems and ensure all components meet required specifications. + Perform preventive maintenance on assembly equipment and tools. **Essential Skills** + 2-5 years of mechanical assembly experience. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and shop drawings. + Ability to operate hand tools and power tools. + Experience in performing fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read schematic drawings. + Experience in electrical wiring to panels and sensors. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the flexibility of 3-day weekends by working only Monday through Thursday.
