Insight Global is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join a team remotely in the Los Angeles, CA area. This client provides representation to clients who have suffered from severe physical and psychological harm, including survivors of childhood sexual assault. We are looking for a paralegal who is compassionate with clients and proficient in the litigation setting to help provide effective representation to those families and individuals. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests,
and discovery responses
- Organize and manage case files, including indexing and summarizing documents and
deposition transcripts
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, discovery
requests, and motions
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witnesses
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by attorneys
Compensation:
$30/hr to $37/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research tools
Ability and willingness to work with sensitive case related details.
