■Job description

Kitchen preparation, cooking, plating, cleaning up, etc. ** Depending on experience
Provide dish at the appropriate time in response to customer requests.
Store food properly and in good condition.
Maintain equipment and maintain safety and hygiene.
Aim for sustainable food and reduce food waste.
Work with team members to make sure that service is efficient and effective.
Provide exceptional client service by offering personalized and consistent customer care.

**As there are multiple restaurants, it is not yet decided which restaurant you will be assigned to.


■Qualifications

  • English (Mandatory) & Japanese (It would be even better if you could speak Japanese.)
  • Passionate about local culture, art, music, food, fashion, and wellness, and a deep understanding of the preferences and behavior of locals who love to travel.
  • Individuals who have a strong desire to learn about Japanese languages and culture.
