We're looking for a hands-on, tech-driven team member to join our Repair Team, specializing in hardware assembly, diagnostics, and repair across both desktop and laptop platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and repairing computers, identifying hardware issues, and ensuring every system performs flawlessly before it moves to the next stage of production or fulfillment.
You'll play a critical role in assembling new systems, troubleshooting hardware-level issues, and preparing units for final processing, shipment, or deployment.
Assemble and configure custom-built desktop and laptop systems based on provided specifications
Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting to isolate and resolve component failures
Replace or reconfigure parts as needed and re-test systems for full functionality
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and replace components during the diagnostic and build process
Run performance checks and functional verifications on completed builds
Maintain accurate documentation of actions taken, components used, and resolutions applied
Communicate with production leads and support teams to ensure systems are ready for final handling
Keep a clean, well-labeled, and organized workstation in accordance with team standards
Lift and handle systems or components weighing up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
You've built or repaired desktops and laptops-either professionally or personally
You're confident in identifying hardware problems and executing clean fixes
You are highly detail-oriented and process-driven
You communicate clearly and follow through on tasks without oversight
You're comfortable working around tight production timelines with consistent quality
You can safely lift and move up to 50 lbs of equipment
Experience in PC repair, PC Building, or IT hardware support
Familiarity with BIOS updates, Windows installation, and performance benchmarking
Experience with cable management, airflow optimization, and system aesthetics
Previous work in a tech production or diagnostics environment
