Job Description
**Overview** BroadPath is thrilled to announce that we are hiring **Member Services Advocates** for our Work at Home program. The successful candidate will provide timely, knowledgeable, and courteous responses to inquiries related to pharmacy, membership, and products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support. **Responsibilities** + Demonstrating strong soft skills, being kind, polite, empathetic with good attendance + Having an education level of at least a high school diploma or GED + Having two or more years of customer service experience + Working effectively in a fast-paced call center environment + Demonstrating ability in using computer and Windows PC applications, including strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programs + Having a strong desire and passion for working with the elderly + Exhibiting excellent listening skills and oral and written communication + Working regularly scheduled shifts within hours of operation including the training period, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime/weekends as needed + Successfully completing Customer Service training classes and demonstrating proficiency of the material **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED + 1-2 yrs Medicare Advantage Claims and Customer Service experience along with DSNP Knowledge + Exceptional customer service and communication skills + Strong computer/data entry skills + Healthcare knowledge and/or experience with call center experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs + Ability to work with peers in a team effort and independently resolve issues + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines **Diversity Statement** _At BroadPath, diversity is our strength.
