Are you an experienced HVAC installer looking to take your career to the next level? Blythewood Heating & Air, a family-owned and service-oriented company, is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HVAC installation projects for residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure installations are performed to the highest quality standards, following all local codes and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior installers to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure job timelines and budgets are met.

Pay Range: The base for this role can start at $20.00 an hour, but with bonuses and incentives, top leads can make up to $35.00 an hour in total compensation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in HVAC systems, installation techniques, and safety practices.
• EPA certification required
